What are your opening hours?

Unlike conventional agents who are only open office hours we can be contacted 24/7. We will normally answer the telephone and emails between the hours of 8am to 8pm.

If we are out of the office we can answer you whilst we are on the move but if you do have to leave a telephone message or send an email we promise to get back to you quickly

 


 

Do you work like a High Street agent?

Yes

We do everything a conventional high street agent does. This includes home visits for valuation, ongoing support, and accompanied viewings if you choose.

 


 

How can your charges be so reasonable?

We keep our charges to a minimum by keeping our overheads low and we pass on the savings to you.

 


 

During the sale process will you liaise with my buyer and solicitors?

Yes

Everyone in the chain including solicitors, purchasers, estate agents and mortgage advisors - we will keep you fully informed

 


 

Is there a contract?

Yes, we ask you to sign a sole/multi/dual agency agreement for a period of just 8 weeks minimum.
